Collaborative solution makes it easy to generate simulation models

Nuremberg, Germany. Siemens Digital Industries Software is expanding the Simcenter portfolio and presenting new Simcenter System Analyst software. This collaborative solution can be used to create industryspecific applications for the control of system simulation models. The software helps deploy system simulations throughout an entire company, expanding model usage to all levels of users, and helping ensure model continuity without changing the internal processes.

– The platform powered by Simcenter System Analyst is meant to pool different expertise domains and different systems engineers and enables teams that never collaborated to sit together and communicate on their engineering issues to find common solutions, said Eric Chauvelier, Method and Simulation Manager for Hybrid and Electric Systems in the Test & Digital Department for Renault.

Focus on the essentials

Project engineers need a fast and easy-to-use solution to run multiple variant analyses to evaluate design options and balance mechatronic systems’ performances. With Simcenter System Analyst, project engineers can focus on these aspects without having to also worry about model generation. The solution can also expand system simulation model reuse to project teams, helping maximize return on investment. Project engineers benefit from a user-friendly interface with an industry-specific approach, which means that even those with no CAE  skills can create simulation models and multi-attribute analysis.
